Directions: For adults: Take 1 capsule with every meal for digestion support. More may be taken as needed. For children: Under 1 year: Less than 1/4 capsule with each meal; 1 to 3 years: 1/4 capsule with each meal; 3 to 6 years: 1/2 capsule with each meal; 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule with each meal.
