Extra C Zingles is for Vitamin C supplementation with the added benefit of zinc and may:

Directions
Suggested Use:
Adults
General immunity: Chew 1 tablet daily with food.
During a cold: Chew 4 tablets daily with food.
Children 5 years & over
General immunity: Chew 1/2 tablet daily with food.
During a cold: Chew 1 tablet daily with food.
Or as directed by a healthcare professional.
