When you're looking for a push, Legacy is our customers' favourite. With 300mg of caffeine per serve, Beta Alanine, L-Citrulline, Agmatine and much more, all you need is 1 scoop for a supercharged session.
Directions
Mix 1/2 - 1 scoop in a shaker with 500 mL of cold water and shake well. To enhance the taste and flavour, try mixing your serve with less water. We recommend taking Legacy 15 - 30 mins prior to your workout.
Always assess your caffeine tolerance. Start with 1/2 a scoop and work your way up to 3/4 of a scoop. Once comfortable, increase to 1 scoop (1 serve).
Note: Some people may feel the effects of Legacy more than others. We suggest starting small and gradually working your way up to 1 scoop (1 serve).
