We use Aquamin® Forte as our source of calcium. It is a highly bioavailable source from calcareous marine algae. The seaweed is harvested from the North Atlantic seabed in the wild, remote seas of North West Iceland.

Aquamin® Forte TG
A unique multi-mineral complex, derived from 100% seaweed. It is highly bioavailable and is sustainably harvested & manufactured. As well as a strong source of calcium, Aquamin® Forte TG also contains magnesium and 17 other trace minerals.
Green Vegetables
These vegetables contain calcium as well as other vitamins and nutrients, which can help support general health and wellbeing.
Directions
Adults 50 years and under: Take 2 capsules daily.
Adults 51 years and over: Take 3 capsules daily.
